1.0 13 September 2026 Current

First release.

  • Finds duplicate photos and videos by comparing them byte for byte — never by filename, date or visual similarity, so a match is proven rather than guessed.
  • Scans several folders and drives at once, finding duplicates across all of them rather than within each separately.
  • Side-by-side review of every pair before anything moves, with both files' paths, sizes and capture dates.
  • Duplicates go to the Trash, never erased, and each is re-verified against the copy being kept immediately before it moves.
  • Photos, Lightroom, Aperture and Final Cut libraries are skipped entirely — their internal copies are meant to be identical to files elsewhere, and removing one damages the catalogue.
  • Files kept in iCloud but not downloaded to this Mac are counted and skipped, rather than silently pulled down over the network.
  • Universal binary for Apple Silicon and Intel, signed and notarized by Apple. Requires macOS 14 or later.
